Training program

The training program is designed to develop the proper digital skills necessary to effective digital access to public services, and actively to improve the digital knowledge of elderly learners. It is tailored to master following skills:

1/ Improving basic digital skills: basic computer training, mainly related to usage of application and programmes useful for everyday life (Web Browsers, Microsoft Office, emails, skype, Facebook, etc.)

2/ Developing specific skills for digital access to services: specific terminology used, key words and key rules reflecting specific digital mind-set

3/ Skills on topics such as the relevance of Internet, online safety, basic skills and researching information for relevant tasks such as social programs, housing, health, participating in their communities, etc.
This the program includes courses at all three Levels from Beginner to Advanced. The training modules are available in English, Bulgarian, Greek, Spanish and Czech language.
